The drama inside the Bigg Boss Telugu 10 house reached a boiling point on Monday, October 5, as the highly anticipated Week 5 nomination process kicked off. Packed with sharp accusations, personal grudges, and fierce verbal altercations, the episode set the stage for an intense week ahead.

- Round Winner: Granted the power to nominate two housemates.
- Runner-Up: Granted the power to nominate one housemate.
Safe contestants who could not be nominated this week include:
- Varshini (Current House Captain)
- Sudheer (Immunity Holder)
- Vamsi (Immunity Holder)
Key Clashes and Major Confrontations
1. Ram Prasad vs. Trigun & Rohith
Captain Varshini hid the pumpkin for the first round between Ram Prasad and Mukesh. Ram Prasad emerged victorious and targeted Aman first, followed by Trigun. Ram Prasad stated that while he respects Trigun, he disapproved of Trigun’s disrespectful remarks toward Rohith.
Although Trigun offered an apology without defending his actions, Rohith refused to accept it, sparking a heated shouting match between the two.
2. Apoorva Clashes with Mukesh and Varshini
Mukesh used his single nomination power to target Apoorva, criticizing her conduct during her previous captaincy. Apoorva fired back fiercely, calling out Mukesh for past remarks regarding a “triangle love story” and condescending references to “smaller” and “bigger” sides.
Later in the episode, Varshini defeated Shalini in their search round and also nominated Apoorva, labeling her wildcard entry as ineffective and comparing her presence to an inert “postcard.” Varshini subsequently nominated Rohith.
3. Trigun, Aman, and Shalini Exchange Fire
When Vamsi hid the pumpkin, Trigun beat Aman to win the advantage. Trigun nominated:
- Apoorva: Citing provocation, distortion of past incidents, and questioning potential rule violations.
- Aman: Targeting him directly for gameplay reasons.
In response, Aman nominated Mukesh, recounting past disrespect where Mukesh allegedly demeaned him by calling him a “bachchagadu” (kid).
Closing the night’s nominations, Shalini placed her vote on Trigun, criticizing his recurring pattern of crossing verbal boundaries during disagreements.
