RJ Surya Wiki & Biography:  As Surya Narayana (Konda Babu), RJ Surya is known for his talents as a radio host, newscaster, mimic, author, and actor. His childhood was spent at Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India, however, he was born in Pasuvullanka, East Godavari.

Surya’s parents relocated from Pasuvullanka, East Godavari, to Bhimavaram, West Godavari, in 1996 after devastating floods in their home region. Unfortunately, Surya’s younger brother passed away from kidney failure. The Zilla Parishad High Schools in both Pasuvullanka and Bhimavaram were Surya’s educational institutions of choice. The CSN College in Bhimavaram is where Surya earned his Bachelor of Commerce. Surya enrolled in an official university to pursue an M. Com degree, but he dropped out after experiencing romantic disappointment.

At this time, he found out from his associates that Red Fem Telugu was holding RJ auditions. Surya went to the tryouts, and he was eventually chosen. Moving to Hyderabad in 2013, he began working at Red Fem Telugu as a radio host in the language. He was also contributing Red Fem Telugu comic pieces to his show at the time.

A while later, Surya began working for TV9 Telugu as Artist Konda Babu for the Ismart News department. He became well-known throughout the Telugu-speaking regions thanks to this programme. Surya will likely appear on Nagarjuna’s upcoming season of the popular Telugu reality show Bigg Boss Telugu 6 in 2022.
