The house is divided into two hotels. One of them is BB Hotel and the other is BB Glam Paradise. In the BB Hotel, Manager is Sudeepa, Waiters are Geethu, and Revanth, Helper is Chanti, Chef is Baladitya and Assistant chef is Marina.

The BB glam paradise is handled by Keerthi, Arohi, Sri Satya, Vasanthi, and Faima. The manager of the glam paradise is Faima.

The guests in the house are Rohith who is searching for his wife. Srihan is an actor who has just got an hit, Surya is someone who is with memory loss, Adi Reddy is hotel reviewer and food blogger, Rajasekhar and Arjun Kalyan are the bachelors looking for the bachelor party and Inaya is the single and pampered rich kid.
