Bigg Boss 6 telugu winner: LV Revanth wins the season 6 of Bigg Boss Telugu title. LV Revanth who earlier used to lend his voice for chorus under MM Keervani’s music direction, later received opportunities as a playback singer for some of Telugu movies. He later on participated in biggest Indian singing reality show ‘Indian Idol‘ and was announced as the winner of that particular season. He has now been part of Bigg Boss season 6 and won hearts of Telugu audience that will make him win this season.

Lolla Venkata Revanth Kumar Sharma, better known as L. V. Revanth, was born on February 10, 1990 (at the time of writing, he will have turned 32 years old) in the Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh. The Aquarius sun sign describes him well.

Revanth graduated from Bala Bhanu Vidyalayam in Srikakulam. He attended the University of Visakhapatnam and then the Dr. V. S. Krishna Government Degree College to earn his bachelor’s degree. Revanth was reared in Visakhapatnam by his mother who brought him up on her own. Revanth had a bad childhood, as his father expired at very young age and his mother Seetha Subbalakshmi took care of Revanth. Revanth has younger brother named Santhosh Kumar Lolla.

On December 24, 2021, Revanth proposed to Anvitha Gangaraju. The couple tied the knot in a small, traditional ceremony on February 6, 2022, in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Revanth Career and Breakthrough

When he was young, Revanth already knew that he wanted to follow his passion and make a career out of singing. Revanth graduated from Visakhapatnam and then relocated to Hyderabad in search of playback singing work. Revanth debuted in Tollywood in 2008 as a playback singer. The song “Jalak Diklaja” from the Telugu film Maha Yagnam (2008), composed by Vandemataram Srinivas, was his first appearance as a singer.

Revanth made his singing debut in Kannada with the 2013 film Coffee With My Wife, lending his vocals to three songs written and arranged by Manthra Anand (Chakkani Vaadey, Govinda Govinda, and Saayare Sayya).

Revanth’s first ever Hindi song was the show’s title song, “Sabse Bada Kalakar,” which aired on Sony TV in India in 2017. Revanth appeared on the ETV singing competition Saptaswaralu in 2008. He also competed in and placed second on Star Maa’s singing reality show Super Singer 5 the same year. Revanth finished second on Star Maa’s Telugu singing competition Super Singer 7 in 2013.

Revanth Awards & Honors

“Vey Vey Debbaku Debba” from the film Rajanna won Best Playback Singer – Male at the 2011 Maa Music Awards. In 2011 BIG FM Award for Best Debut Singer – Male for “Ambadari and Chiranjeeva Chiranjeeva” from the film Badrinath.

Nominated for Best Male Playback Singer Award at the IIFA Utsavam Awards for the song “Manohari” from the film Baahubali: The Beginning; won the Special Jury Award at the TSR-TV9 Awards for the same song; won the Best Male Playback Singer Award at the Star Maa Music Awards for the same song.

For the song “Telisaney Na Nuvvey” from the film Arjun Reddy, he was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer – Telugu at the 65th Filmfare Awards South, which he won in 2018 for his performance.
At the 16th Santosham Film Awards in 2018, Arjun Reddy’s “Telisaney Na Nuvvey” won the award for Best Male Playback Singer.
